Saana Schnabel, a German-Finnish artist, grew up immersed in classical music. Raised in a family of professional classical musicians, she was supported from an early age in her pursuit of violin, piano, and vocal studies – nearly to a professional level. However, she ultimately chose not to follow a classical career path. Instead, she moved to Berlin to study architecture, where her interest in electronic music began to take deeper root. Upon returning to Helsinki, she began actively developing her artistic practice, blending her classical background with a growing passion for electronic sound.

Ville Hyvönen (VMH) is an audiovisual designer, producer and cinematographer. Hyvönen has extensive history in audiovisual media in the contexts of art, film, theater, music and architecture. His background is in 90’s Amiga computer and tracker scene and been founging member of CNCD, Pixelache, Synth Camp and Helsinki Electronic Music Studio.

Merle Karp is a video artist, VJ and visual designer based in Helsinki. She works across various fields, including moving image, audio-visual expression, installation art, and performance art. She has performed at over 200 events, productions, and festivals from Greenland to Kazakhstan and has participated in dozens of exhibitions from New York to Armenia. She is a co-founder and director of the audiovisual art and VJ culture biennial Aavistus Festival.
